Patrick continues to win everything.
I was a bit disappointed in that final battle though. No Soma, no Kati or Patrick coming in for a last-minute assist...

Exia came from... Sumeragi told themt o get it ready ('but it has no GN Drive!' 'get it ready anyway!') except I think she called it R2? Setsuna came back with the single drive on the 00 and had it put into the Exia.

It was a good ending, mostly satisfying... but too many things that just were never addressed. Too much character development that happened offscreen, and that really bugs me.

I think the biggest disappointment, yeah, was how much the last fight was Setsuna vs. Ribbons rather than Setsuna + people diving in to help him vs. Ribbons. I wanted Graham epic badass. :(

Oh well. "Too much character development that happened offscreen" is pretty much the hallmark of S2.

I don't think Sunrise knows how to be subtle. But we forgive them.
Can't wait for the movie!!! =)
