I woke up at 3:45 this morning hung over. This wouldn't be so bad if I'd had more to drink last night than a pint and a half (less, even!) of Guinness and one Irish coffee.

I have betrayed my heritage.

On the plus side! We're going to Trinity College today, and in a nearby bookshop I have already spotted the second and third Science of Discworld

Ga-Rei Zero is...interesting. The relationships are really weird too.
The weapons, however, are very awesome. Who wouldn't love a pneumatic sword or a holy water iron?
The timeline is a bit odd though. It starts near the end of the story, goes into a flashback during episode 3, and episode 10 finally catches back up to the middle of episode 2. Good story though.

I mostly want to watch it because it has lesbians and lots of good fanart for me to find, but knowing that there are really cool weapons just makes me want it more.

The artstyle is really pretty. I haven't seen much fanart though!

And yes. The OP (which doesn't show up until episode 3 or 4 I think) shows the two main girls holding hands underwater. I think that's Japanese secret-talk for lesbian. (Even though they claim to be like sisters.)
