Her mind was made up. Maybe that was why she had been able to sleep somewhat uninterrupted for the past couple of days. The dreams had still been bad, but they hadn’t been bad enough to wake her up, so when Barr had woken up this morning, she had been relatively fresh. All she needed was to get going, really.
Her first client of the day wouldn’t be showing up until 10 o’clock, which left her with plenty of time this morning. After the shower, she spotted her planner, and found that now was as good a time as ever, to get her schedule arranged, so it would allow her to move to Annwn. She was hungry, though, and with a satisfied - slightly sinful - smile, she got dressed in her pleated above-the-knee skirt, a knitted sweater and a warm coat, before she grabbed her purse and planner, making her way down to the café. With the extra time she had today, she wanted to indulge in one of their breakfasts, and maybe even get her schedule arranged.
Once inside the café she wasn’t surprised to see the line of people by the counter. This was, after all, the time of day when most people were on their way to work. From the cooler she grabbed a yoghurt and a small bowl of fruits, before she got in line to order the rest of her breakfast.
