"Oh, I theenk to ze town eet will be much more zan zat," Fleur sipped her coffee and smiled across the table to Barr, "Eet will be ze first real thing zat connects ze citizens to ze town, and make Annwn more zan just a collection of shops and restaurants."
Fleur breathed in the atmosphere of the tearoom, calm and inviting, the way she wanted the town to be. This was the right thing to do, the first step in really forming a community.
"So," she said, looking to her friend, "I do 'ave a few ideas about 'ow to stir up interest, and financing, for ze 'ospital project."
It entered the tearoom, expecting to be alone so it could observe people as it was prone to do given the fact that it did want to raise its child among these people. This fact had taken away from its time behind the door though and while it wanted the best for its child, the fact was that it worried that the creatures it had called were already arriving and it would need to stem the tide of their advancement through the door

“You’re probably right,” Barr said before she shook her head. “No, you are right, but I still find it hard not too want more than the building can support.”
Her face lit up when Fleur mentioned her having ideas for the fundraising. As proud and elegant as Fleur was, Barr had learned that there was an element to her, that made her fun, upbeat and unpredictable, in the best of possible ways, and if anybody could stir up interest, it would be her. After all, she had stirred up interest simply by being herself all those years ago at Hogwarts. “You have?” she said and drank from her coffee. “Can I hear, or is it a secret?”
