I was verklempt. But it's all back now! :D

The ending was... odd. Some stuff was resolved, but Sophie and Brodie's Sudden and Amazing True Love wasn't really explained. Like, I love soulmate stuff, so if it had been their destiny and that's why they were drawn together against their families wishes - I could get behind that. But they weren't, so it just seemed like they had ridiculous sexual tension and Epic Teenage Love, which unfortunately I seem to be outgrowing. Sigh. Although, MASSIVE cliffhanger with multiple plot threads still hanging was the actual ending, so who knows. I might pick up the sequel when it comes out.

Yes, and I had that happen to me three years ago so I know exactly how they feel! If I remember correctly, I'm sure that as sad as I was to have THIGH DEEP water in my backyard and have my car start to FLOAT AWAY, I really wished that everyone else's internet was connected, especially those whose net may have been disconnected due to some sort electrical substation fire fiasco.
