Oh fanfic, where art thou?

I've been craving for good fic for a long time now....

Days spent searching through my main fandoms, and even the little - almost forgotten - ones, for well, anything. I need a good read - a long read preferably. A pairing I like, or could like (I'm open to new things... sometimes).

But mostly, a good fic that I haven't read before. One would think

:O I read from tons of fandoms too...

Mostly, it's Harry Potter (snarry), Bleach (preferably with Ichigo, Renji or Byakuya), Doctor Who/Torchwood (anything with Ianto :) ), Lord of the Rings (Legolas/elf or Aragorn)... lets see, Firefly/Serenity (Simon centric), Glee, and well, if you wanna recommend something from some other fandom, I'll be happy too!

Have you heard of sam_storyteller? He's a very prolific writer in a bunch of different fandoms. He gained fame for his Harry Potter series 'Stealing Harry', but has more recently delved into Torchwood. Bonus because he's a big Ianto fan. Mostly anything he has is made of gold and almost all of this Torchwood fic (and a fair bit of his Doctor Who fic) is Ianto!Centric.

Some favorites:
1. The Doctor and Mr. Jones: Ianto's a Timelord. You know you want to read it. A few chapters long.
2. A Man Not Alone: It's a one-shot, but it has a lot of story to it.
3. The Rules of Torchwood: This one introduces a very well-written OC into Torchwood and shows all of his amusing observations about the team. Pretty long.

Oh, I have heard of that one, with the rules, but never read it... The author seems cool, I think I'll like his stories XD
