question for old skule whovians

So I'm working vigilantly on this Ten/Rose fic. I've got about 3500 words thus far, and I feel like I've got a good handle on the direction and voice of the story, but. BUT. I need some help, especially from some of those old-skule Whovians out there, so I ask y'all this: What were some of the more awesome planets that the Doctor has visited in all

Just be careful which of the planets on that lovely list you choose. I wouldn't think he'd take her to Androzani or Logopolis, 'cause...y'know...both of those sorta figured in a death...
