Hehehe, thanks! I was hoping it would come off cute and I tried to use obvious nick names.

Sorry pencil neck threw you. It's Ishida. In the manga Yachiru actually calls Ishida that in volume 16, I've just forgotten how long ago it must be that people read that. *laughs* I'm just such a dork I re-read the manga every few months when a new volume comes out. XD

Personally I'd love to see Byakuya laugh about anything, but I do know he would at least be highly amused at Kenpachi's audacity. :D

As for Byakuya the only thing I can think of that would shock him enough to make him laugh, is Ichigo asking for Rukia's hand in marriage. :P
