After being, ahem, dismissed from class today, Annie had gone right to her room because she kind of felt like sticking around school might get her into trouble. As it was, she'd kind of been hoping that the stupid robe and braid that she'd ditched while fleeing the classroom while hiding her face would be enough to maybe not completely kill her

After Pride, Jack came back to the room looking a bit distracted.

"Hi," he said to his roommate as he walked in. Then he pause for a second and asked: "Do I stand funny? With my head bobbing around?"

Annie looked up, studying him for a minute. "I don't think so... Do I want to ask why?"

"Somebody said I stood funny," he said lamely. "I just needed confirmation. What's with the bell?"

"I think it might lead to my death," she replied.
