okay. i... couldn't... stop myself. i tried. but i failed, big.
why oh why does Durarara have to be so addictinggg?? it's all that Izaya's gang's picture's fault. D;
but i have to say that you were right - i don't feel that i've missed two volumes at all. well, i still don't know the details of Shinra's 'accident' but i guess i can wait for that to be explained. after all, i know the basic things, it's enough. but OMG is he going to tell Celty (us?) about his and Izaya's middle school period so soon?! no way, i thought he will do it, like, at the end of the volume!? well he probably will and Narita's just being a tease (andsoareyoubutitotallydidntsaythat) D;
anyway, can't wait for more. especially because Mairu, Kururi and so many new characters are tagged here and i am in need for some more naritaness~ >3<

Izaya's family knowing more about Izaya? I personally think Shinra's lying to himself because he knows more about Izaya than anybody. That's just me but if Izaya is one of Shinra's few friends, then Shinra is Izaya's only friend.

So...is it alright to ship Izaya/Shinra now?

I love Celty/Shinra to death as a straight pairing (don't support a lot of those) but Izaya/Shinra came at me when I read that chapter about their past.
