Lol, seems like Chikage isn't really a bad guy here (well, by Ikebukuro standards anyway), since it's hard to find info on him I was expecting him to be the meanest of the mean. Thanks for the translation, and I know I spotted the Orihara twins towards the beginning and I suppose the really weird ones were the otaku gang again?

It's probably not the otaku gang, they don't run into Chikage till much later in the novel. The Russian speakers are Vorona and Slon by the way.:)
