Yeah I often struggle with sticking to New Year's Resolutions as well so now I just don't bother making them. But finding a better job and one which I liked has always been something I wanted to accomplish.
Can so totally agree with that. I've got plans to make some changes job-wise this year myself. As much as I enjoy the interaction with the kids the bureaucratic bullshit within the facility is killing me inside. So it's department vs. department almost b/c certain sections have yet to have to make cuts and yet they want us to do more with less. It's starting to take the joy out of being a Young Adults Librarian.
