Can we pick our own cliches? Because I've written all of the top ten except 'off-world marriage' and 'telepathy'. And, I mean, as long as fic is being written it's all good, right?

Also, you can totally do Aliens Made Them Do It. I've seen very good non-graphic AMTDI stories. Because they seem to fall into two camps. The fic that is all about teh sex. And the fic that is all about the aftermath.

Definitely you can pick your own cliches. I was just throwing the choice to the wisdom of my flist because I'm lazy. Lol. Maybe I will have to make some graphics to go along with this cliche-a-thon.

And I hear you about the AMTDI fics. Doubtlessly that plot would turn into an aftermath story, and for some reason, I always prefer to have my aftermath stories based off of sex they chose to have, so I never really went there. But I have no problem giving it a go.

I've done hurt/comfort (Safe And Sound), and sort of done apocafic (Not Dark Yet, which - in my mind, anyhow - was apocafic). I can't believe I've not done more of them.

I know! How can I call myself a Sam/Jack writer if I've never even written Aliens Made Them Do It? It's a travesty. I love cliches too. (obviously, most of my fics are, lol) Plus, I have fun trying to think up ways to sort of twist the cliches on their heads.

Poor Kat. We should have a 'Save Kat From BadFic Ficathon'. I am feeling dreadfully far from having another fic finished. Though I have been making progress on my super sekrit project and I think I finally came up with a proper plot idea for Trout's sweetcharity fic. *fingers crossed*

Well, when you next have a lull in your projects, you can always come back and commit as many cliches as you like. Lol.
