Don't know how much reading you guys have been doing over at the Awesome Ladies Ficathon, but I am in a mere 20 pages of 85(!!!!) and am already so floored by the awesomeness. I thought I would share my favorites so far. All comment length and amazing. I am sure I will be back with more.

It's insane! My brain can't even compute it, and I've been skipping at least half of the entries because of not being familiar with the fandoms. But I still have 60 frickin' pages to go! So fabulous. (And I may be collecting unanswered prompts as I go along. Possibly.)

I knooow. That unanswered prompts thing is dangerous (hence me closing the tab as soon as I realized I was starting to eye them)

Ooh thanks for the recs. I've only skimmed over there while they were still being posted and stayed within my home-fandoms. Mind you, there was one Carmen Sandiago (yes, from the PBS kids quizz show) fic over there that blew me away. Because who would ever have imagined a romance with Where's Waldo?

Haha. No wai! Carmen/Waldo ftw.

I love these sorts of things because I can read in fandoms I might not normally go for, because they are short and there and don't require the dangers of digging in a new fandom. It's letting me tap some of my old loves and jump into some new ones too. Great fun.

There has been a bit here and there, but no, not much over all I don't think. Although I seem to remember a metric ton of Teyla fics. Can't say I read many of them. (I suck.)
