Oh I very much enjoyed this. And I especially liked the end with Spock!Prime and Kirk just wanting to be near to Spock all the time was very sweet. I really liked the universe you created out of the idea of imprinting and how seamlessly you fit it in with the movie events. Thanks for sharing!

Reimagining the movie was a lot of fun for me! About halfway in, I knew I wanted to end it with Spock Prime, but I wasn't sure how to do it - I'm glad you like what I ended up with!

Just finished! This is fabulous, thanks so much for spending so much time and energy on it, definitely something I'll be reading again.
I especially love the way you handled the idea of imprinting and Kirk's reaction seemed so honest and real for the situation. Spot on! I Love it all!

This was very enjoyable to read. I loved how you worked with scenes from the movie and were able to weave your own story around/within it. Great job.

What a brilliant piece of work - I love your original take on the imprinting and the way you melded your version with the movie events. Your characterization is wonderful - their emotions are so potent and tangible it sucked me right in. I love how compassionate you made Uhura (yay!), and the K/S was hot and sweet too.

I love the Sarek/Amanda and Pike/Number One bits you thrown in there. Spock's meditations/dreams with Amanda in it were so touching (made me a bit teary). I love this story so much - thanks for sharing it with us! ♥\o/♥

I was trying to expand on my Uhura voice as best I could - up until now she's always been defensive and aloof in my K/S fics. But I think I've reached a happy medium!

And yes, I'm a Sarek/Amanda and Pike/Number One fan myself. And I had to let Amanda have a say in what was going on in Spock's life - everyone else did, after all!
