Power failure

So it wasn't just my bad luck after all. There was a giant power failure in Europe last night, that originated from Germany and affected several countries, including France.

ive not heard that. There was a power cut with the LJ servers (in america) but I dont know about any real power cut... *goes to bbc news*

I did read about the european power cut after I commented and I can only say we werent affected here...

I couldn't help but nitice : I was quitely watching tv when suddenly the whole place went "blank". Plus it was all over the news today here :)

I didn't really pay attention to the news today about that, but they said something about a ship and cutting power to avoid some conflict with it or something? But little did they know it would spread all across the area.
