I feel like Justin's the sort of man who's like "TOPPING TONY STARK? FUCK YEAH!" all super enthusiastic, and he keeps going and going all "FUCK YEAH THIS IS AWESOME", and then suddenly he hits a place where Tony's actually vulnerable, and actual feelings might need to be addressed in some manner, and Justin just looks around at the empty room like "GUYS? GUYS? IDEAS? I DIDN'T THINK THIS THROUGH."

God it really is. I feel so bad for that poor pathetic man and his inability to think things through.

I now have thoughts about Justin being like "TONYYYYY, HERE, HAVE A DRINK" at some rich people party thing, and next thing he knows there is a very depressed drunk just leaning against him like "NO SERIOUSLY THOUGH I LOVE YOU BRO" and Justin's yet again just like "I seriously didn't think this through".

I have to admit that Justin usually makes me cringe a bit, but this vulnerable-lost-Justin makes me feel a little bad for him. Not as bad as I do for Tony, of course, but still.

I feel so so bad for Justin, and here is why. He obsessively wants Tony, for reasons he can't even work out. He wants him, wants to be him, wants to hurt him, whatever-- he can't even tell the difference. But he has no idea who the actual Tony is, and when he figures out that Tony's this incredibly breakable sad little thing, he's like Tom catching Jerry for real and what do I do with my life now.

Also I imagine once you break Tony there's that moment of responsibility, and Justin is just not equipped to pick up the pieces.
