So my laptop, right? IT'S NOT TURNING ON.

Now, as I've already mentioned to some (IDK, my BFF thatsleon ? 8D), this means deferring ALL porn and porn-related activities. To translate, no ficcage. Pretty much at all. Which SUCKS, because you know what really might have helped me cheer up from this whole laptop-dead thing?

Computer fails are the worst kind. Hope it is recoverable!

Eeek, I think it is! (tl;dr material follows) I used the recovery thingie to save my files to an external drive, and then I returned it to the factory state, since that's the quickest way to go (especially since I'm pretty sure it was infected anyways). BUT now I'm stuck waiting for security et al. to reinstall, which is GUH.

BUT YES. CRISIS AVERTED, I BELIEVE. :D
