1. It's -9°F / -23°C right now, and at 6 a.m. it was -15F / -17C. It's so cold there is about a centimeter of FROST on the ground; even the streets that had the snow cleaned up a few days ago have a layer of frost on them, despite cars driving over them often :-O.
