Hah! I didn't watch the whole thing as I'm out somewhere with my laptop, but I"m pretty sure that's John Jacobson. He does a lot of music for elementary/middle choirs and it all has ~*~!choreography!~*~ and he sells a lot of ~*~!choreography!~*~ videos and books.
