1. It's a balmy (always relative, of course) -6.7 F / -21C here in Madtown, with a lovely -21F / -29C windchill. The K-12 schools are closed for the second consecutive day. I have always thought that Lady Heather was a better fit for Grissom than Sara, but I thought last night's eps were an excellent swan song for William Petersen, who is seriously one of the most underrated actors around.

I have NO idea why the scriptwriters ruined the series wih a Grisson/Sara thing - she was obviously cut out for Nick!!

It was -17F when I got up yesterday at 5:30 a.m. Today it was a balmy +10F when I got up at 9 a.m. YAAY!!

Our temperatures are in the single digits today, but it does feel like it's below zero because of the windchill.

Swarley is from How I Met Your Mother-- absolutely awesome show which you should watch if you haven't seen it yet.
