1. Wednesday Whinge: Okay, so my lovely city set a new record for snowfall the other day - and we're going to get more tomorrow. *headdesk* We've got at least six more weeks of winter. I'm about to bet that we reach 100 inches this year. What's even more depressing is that (a) it seems to snow every other day, and (b) the ground has had some degree ( Read more... )

Oh my gosh at the snow, A. I can't believe they're calling for more...as if you haven't gotten enough.

It actually snowed here this morning. Stuck for about 1 1/2 hours and is now rapidly melting. But the temp is still pretty cold.

Hope your lab results come back okay :) And great news on finding your phone. What a relief!

A, when it snows here, people go crazy and get super excited. I can see you wanting to clock them all.

Especially given the amount of snow you've already received...

Supposed to get another 2-3 inches today. *sigh* so if you REALLY like snow, come to Madison. And take some of it with you! :P

goodness, I don't even really like snow all that much to begin with! And here I was complaining about how it was in the low 60s today when yesterday it was almost 80. I guess I'm a little weather intolerant.

And I hope your blood tests all turn out okay and that M. feels better!

You live in LA. It's not supposed to snow there! Here, an average season's snowfall is about 50 inches. Which is way more than LA :P

We have no snow. Can you send some? :-)

I hope your tests come out ok and that M is better soon...

I had an IV put in my hand once and I tell you it felt like they were drilling for oil. Glad your experience was better!!

They must have used a big needle on you *pets* She used a "butterfly" needle on my hand, which is what they use on children's veins. Considering that my veins are generally about the size of a child's, that seemed appropriate.
