Yes, that can be a problem. On the other hand? Only two days until the weekend! *g*

Happy belated 4th July!

Too true. *sigh* Hard to go from fireworks and tequila to insurance forms, that much is for sure.

*pets* I get to go from fireworks (with no tequila) to air quality problems and funky web pages. Oh well.

I didn't actually have any of the tequila, but I think the fumes were enough to give me everyone else's hangover this morning. Did watch my mom get drunk, though.

With you on the air quality problems. Stupid moldy office buildings. My sinuses tense up before I get in the door.

Oh, I don't worry about those, only the problems outdoors, which fireworks often exacerbate. Fortunately we try to turn a blind eye to that stuff on holidays unless someone complains.

Mr. CF4B had the same thought about a holiday in the middle of the week. :) I wonder if the American public would ever be willing to change the holiday to the first Saturday in July so that everyone could have a long weekend? Probably not.

I like fireworks displays from a distance too! We were once so close to a fireworks display that pieces of the exploded rockets rained down on us, some still on fire. Needless to say, we left quickly.

Well if it's on a Saturday, I wouldn't get a day off :P For awhile in the 70s, I think, it was on the first Monday in July, but it was called Independence Day. But then it got moved back to July 4th. But a long weekend (Friday or Monday) would be good.

OMG that was right before the release of OotP!

Your daughter is such an interesting and outgoing young lady.

Oh yeah, right before the release of the book, and probably pretty close to the release of POA as well.

Yes, she is :D Would you be surprised to know she is an extreme extrovert? Probably an ENFP on Myers-Briggs.
