By 'close friends' you mean 'potential suitors of Hermione', yes? I'm getting very frustrated with that girl, who seems to have only with that thread started to get an inkling of their romantic potential/attraction.

I went to Inell's LJ early on to try and get an idea of whom Hermione would end up with ... hoping to see oodles of H/Hr stories ... but instead found that she's matched Hermione up with practically everyone in the magical universe short of the giant squid. No clues there!

Right now there's no trio shipping on SHH and there won't be. Harry hasn't been around much yet, Hermione is oblivious to all males, and Ron is involved with Lavender again :D
