I'm glad you're getting to spend more time with Maya this week. I know you both love it. I know you need the rain, but I hope it won't stop you from doing what you want to do.

Hmmm... I hope this doesn't sound too weird or anything... It doesn't really have anything to do with you post (though OG sounds like a fuh-reeeak!) As a H/Hr lover, I just wanted to tell you how much I enjoy your writing! And after hbp I REALLY needed to try to understand what could have possibly happened to our bookworm and ended up banging out a fic in the middle of the night (couldn't sleep, LA Heat wave). Anyways, I've never written anything like this before (no smut and HEAVY on the dialogue) and am a little unsure about submitting it. Would you mind terribly taking a look at it and telling me what you think? Did I already mention how much I admire your writing? Should I throw in some sad-puppy-eyes? No, over at Lumos @ sycophant hex. They can be kind of a nightmare about accepting stories, and I'm just not sure if this would be worth the effort. Especially now after I've read that absolutely HORRID JKR interview. Oh well...

I know things have been icky lately, and I for one cannot wait for 'things' to get back to normal. I just want everyone to be happy and satisfied and doing what they love best without having to defend or get pulled into unpleasant circumstances. :(
