Oh, this is very interesting! I very much enjoyed reading it, and will try to comment more coherently when I am less tired and have more time. A quick question: Is Pah Meren one of the prophets? I mean, actually, in the show, or is she someone you made up? It's very interesting to me that you have a female creator spirit. It's also interesting that there are similarities to the Terran creation myth you and I are most familiar with, since the Bajorans are also made of clay.

Thank you so much for the offer of 'The Never-Ending Sacrifice'! But I'm afraid that I've already bought one on Amazon - it should be arriving soon. I have been hesitating about getting it - at the moment I am fairly confident about who I think my Bajorans are, but rather less sure of the Cardassians (they keep slipping slightly out of focus, if that makes sense) and I don't want to confuse myself too much with someone else's Cardassians. But I don't need to read it immediately, of course - so I decided to get it. I'll let you know what I think of it when I do read it
