First, go check out my new blog on teaching : Teacher Tormented2nd, So frustrated. In May, so almost a year ago, I got a Wii and a WiiFit and started using it. Sorry you are frustrated. Have you changed your eating habits at all? I lost a almost 30 lbs last year and then gained about 15 of it back when I was training for a triathlon because I started eating out more and not watching what I ate. Sadly, nutrition has way more to do with weight loss than exercise, although exercise helps but it alone won't work. Good luck!

I have changed my eating habits but for the better. I never ate breakfast and I've started eating Special K in the morning and I seem to feel more hungry. I might start a food journal.

I feel the same way about weight loss. Mine just keeps going up and down and not really anywhere.
