jfc. I really think this is the best fanfic that I've ever read. EVER.

I'm quite glad that Kevin is still alive, even though he's gotten his leg shot off. And Joseph is just as silly as ever.

Wide-Eyed trusting getting fucked Nick, is possibly the best Nick ever, and just...jfc, man.

Right, so. Doc Roe better send ME to the aid station because I'm having a MOTHERFUCKING HEART ATTACK. Um, please brace yourself for some serious embarrassing crazy-person behavior from me in this comment, because god. I seriously cannot fucking articulate all the superlatives this deserves at this present moment, so let's just quote back your entire fic to you, shall we?

Joe's just -- really not okay with it, and the more he thinks about it the more he'd like to hit Captain Nixon right in his perverted face. Nick is Joe's baby brother, and people are supposed to treat him right, treat him like he's the amazing kid he is.

OH HEY - I HOPE LUZ HAS SOME CIGARETTES IN THAT BOX BECAUSE NOW I TOTALLY NEED ONE.

Okay, first off, Joe and Luz are just the most adorable sort-of couple ever. Just, augh, Joe being so distraught over Luz ignoring him, especially when he just NEEDS him so much right now. And promising Nick that he won't tell, but just needing to tell Luz just to stay sane about the whole thing. And trying to fix everything with a chocolate bar, and NEARLY CRYING when he finally corners him to talk. AND HOMG, WHEN HE GOT HURT I MAYBE STOPPED BREATHING FOR A SEC. I love how Joe doesn't quite realize how bad he's injured, he's just happy to have Luz with him and watching out for him and holding his hand <3 <3 <3

SERIOUSLY, SO MUCH LOVE.
