Thanks! It's so easy to get behind -- I started the sweater a LONG time ago, so I'd have plenty of time, but then other projects intervened, and here I am, knitting for my life. OH WELL.

Also -- and I'm not entirely sure if you're to blame for this, but you are the most obvious target for my pointless outrage -- but Tiny JKras has infected my brain. He keeps showing up in everything I try to write, and last week I dreamed that there was a huge tarantula in my bathtub that actually turned out to be Tiny JKras in a tarantula costume.

Ugh, this is the worst. I'm never going out again. On the off chance we survive the flood, we'll all be suspended in ice when it freezes up tonight. It will be v. spooky and atmospheric when the permafrost spelunkers of the future decide to begin exploring the frozen metropolises of the northeast.

Dream Tiny JKras was so proud of the costume, too! He stuck out his tiny narrow chest and said he made it himself. And you are welcome to my Tiny JKras dreams, because that one kind of freaked me out!
