"Reveal your secrets"

Does anybody remember if that line is in Prisoner of Azkaban book form? Or is it only in the movie?

So, reveals have gone up for both hpgeorgecentric and April Fool's, so no more "I could tell you, but then I'd have to kill you" shenanigans.

I know, eh? It's like I literally wrote the book on tl;dr.

How long did it take you to write it?

Um... well, I cheated a bit. I had a lot of back-burner post-DH George snippets sitting around, and an overarching plotline for a story, but had pretty much decided I wasn't ever going to put it together, and thought I would just post the snippets on their own. I did post three of them, under the title "Oblivion." Then I got busy with other fests and characters and pretty much forgot about the snippets & plot for a couple of years ( ... )

Think that was just in the movie, dear.

And if it's in the book, then it would be the part where Snape {?} tries to make the map work.

Totally had no idea that that amazing drawing was yours, though I should have guessed. :P

"Let me see, let me see...," he muttered, taking out his wand and smoothing the map out on his desk. "Reveal your secret!" he said, touching the wand to the parchment. p 286 of the US edition of PoA

Luckily I just finished PoA and still have it in my dorm!!

And woo on the awesome art work and I was just about to read that fic last night, when my WIP thats due at the end of month called me... Speaking of which, I should get back to that!

Ah ha, it was you! I was sort of wondering if you wrote that epic fic that consumed my soul one night, but it was one of the few things I read from the fest, so I didn't want to wager a guess. I should have! It was a great story, and I feel sorry for the recipient who didn't get it. I think you write postwar George like no other. And the length of it boggles my mind!
