Dance, fitness and how I fail (the update)

So I went to the A&E last night after work.

I am now

• On crutches
• Have drugs
• Scheduled for an ultra-sound (only way to find out if I have torn part of my calf muscle)
• Possibly not dancing Chiara Stella at the Winter Warm-up
• Am pissy about hurting myself.
