Well, I finally got the photos loaded and on the computer.  Recipes are provided with notes, and since some were first time recipes, they'll count toward my 50 for the year. :)

I've put everything behind a cut, since there are large images and a lot of text.

I'm going to go on an all-carb diet and hire you to make it happen. ;) These look so fabulous! I've still not gotten around to making the raspberry braid, but that's mostly because I'm intimidated by it.

I'm not as scared of making those terrific looking pull-apart rolls, or the english muffins. So, those might be tried soon. :)

Actually, upon reading the english muffin recipe--can you make them without a bread machine?

Oh yes, that's how I did it. You can make any of these things without a bread machine. I don't recall how long I kneaded the dough for, but I believe it was about 8 minutes.

Now that I am reading over the recipe again, I see something that I have never heard of: tart and sour flavor. What is that? Is it something that I can find in a normal grocery story baking/spices aisle? Or would I need to go to a candy making/baking specialty shop?

I have the potential to be disastrous in the kitchen. :-D

It's optional, so you can omit it entirely if you want. I get it from King Arthur Flour, which is the only place I've seen it. It's a recipe from them, which is why it calls for it. It won't change anything if you don't have it. It just adds a touch of "tang" to the sugar coating. I make them most of the time without it.

I see you in weddingplans and all around the crafting communities. Do you mind if I add you?
