The requisite Harry Potter Post

So, the last book will be out tomorrow and I couldn't resist posting. One should think I had better things to do, like looking for a new apartment and job, getting things ready for another interview on Monday, but no... all I worry about is when exactly they'll deliver my copy and whether I'll manage to have it read by Sunday morning 10 a.m., when ( Read more... )

You Harry Potter freaks are crazy!

I think the leak is pretty accurate given the amount of lawyers involved at this point! Unless Rowling did it herself to create a bigger buzz. It wouldn't surprise me.

I'd rather Harry die than Ron. What?

Actually, it wouldn't suprise me either if the 'leak' was just a media hype created by JKR's marketing people. Whatever.

That's because you haven't read the books. Ron was an ass for half the last book but fortunately he redeemed himself in the middle of it.

Oh, how I wished I would have been right there. I still think their deaths were completely unnecessary. Apparantly Remus was the tradeoff for Arthur Weasley, because "a father had to die". To me, that's pretty fucked up.
