I've missed my Apocalypse-fighting brothers, even though their story has continued to play out on Lost for the past few weeks. I'm constantly amazed at how closely the story lines mirror each other.
Anyway, I guess we're good for the next eight weeks in a row to the finale.
In the mean time, I have a question about this week's episode of Lost. (
I'm on a horse. )

I have plantar fasciitis or a heel spur or something. I'm limping!
Oh! No! Did this just start? Ice it, stay off it (yeah, yeah, I know!) and try to find a really good heel cushion to add to your new shoes. Some great ones HERE.
That reminds me, I should order some more of the sandal ones before Sarasota!
Heal, heel!!

I found THESE to be the best, but I've also tried and had relief from These, These, and These (for when I've been good enough long enough to get away with sandals for a day).

Yeah, I found that curious too, which is why I'm dying to know who he was way back in the beginning, and how long he's been imprisoned on the island. Are we talking Cain and Abel, just like SPN? Freaky!

Missed Justified which bums me since I did like it. It is on Tuesday. DRAT.
Sorry about your foot. Hope it is tendinitis. Had a case of planter's fasciatis once and you can hardly walk! Feels like your walking on a fiery cactus. Takes a long time to heal as well.
Ice and streches for the tendinitis. And some anti-inflamatories if you can take them.
Gettin hit with allergies now. Pollen is all over my drive and sidewalk. Sneezing now.

Actually, I'm thinking now that is more likely tendinitis, and I'm trying to do stretches which seem to be helping a little. I hope the new shoes are helping also.
Glad you guys had a good time in St. Augustine - I've got to make another trip up there soon. I miss it.
