Well the headache continues. What else is new, right? Last night after I wrote in here, I felt really sick and tried to sleep...didn't really fall asleep til around 10 (still early for me), then didn't want to wake up at 6:30 as I'd planned... ended up sleeping til 8:30 and not getting to work til after 9. headaches without a biological basis can be a sign of depression.... as are sleep schedule issues. Might be worth looking into.

Interesting. Is it possible to be depressed without thinking you are or feeling depressed? What do you recommend?

I've always disliked Valentine's Day too. I think it's just something cooked up by Kay Jewelers and Hallmark to get men to buy stuff we can live without. So much unnecessary pressure on people. And we go out to dinner a lot too, so, yeah, not much point.

although i do think that many men NEED some sort of impetus to do sweet things for their ladies. maybe it was invented by women who got sick of being ignored and taken advantage of? hmm
