I'm fine, kinda.  My sister Tessa has emailed some of my friends to let them know what's going on, but what's going on ia a partial obstructton of the small bowel, probably by a tumor in the lower bowel.  I came to ICC last Tuesday for a blood draw preparatory to chemo, and mentioned to the nurses that by the way I had diarrhear last night, then
