Sigh. I think back to all of my well-laid plans. The one juncture I’ve always faced a challenge is in their implementation.

you are perfect the way you are - really loving yrself as you are is powerful! I think those kind of questions are pretty obnoxious anyway.

yes, i totally believe that :) but you know the obsession to be thin is sometimes rather alarming, even among close friends. and i truly can't understand the obsession!

If you are happy the way your body is, more power to you!!
You should be the only one who decides the look and feel of your body and mind.
I have been blessed by a high metabolism. How do I keep it high. Very simple- I try to do some form of cardio for 30 mins 4 to 5 times in a week. I never have had a end goal. So that makes working out fun. I eat what I want and when I want. Though I do realise I need to cut down on sugar (but can't seem to) :)
Drastic diets never work out. You just loose water weight (5 to 10 pounds real quick) and you will put it on as soon as you get back on your regular routine.
Try to combine your cardio (running/swimming/dancing/.. whatever catches ur fancy) with weights. Converting flab into muscle is wonderful way to go. And muscles burn calories even when one sleeps is the popular belief.

thanks! the effort is always on :) just can't seem to sustain any form of regular exercise though i love running/walking/swimming etc. will keep trying, that's what's important!

thankfully, i have an aversion to sugar and anything sweet!!

hey...I was writing a journal about the only diet I did in my life a week ago, mainly for health reasons...do not do it for someone else...not worth it......i think you look great the way you are....
