this is the first full weekend I've had off since the beginning of August, and I've spent it congested, fevered, coughing, blowing my nose, and vomiting.

Im going to the Dr tomorrow, even though my insurance benefit has run out and I'm paying out of pocket till I reach my deductible. I'm fighting the urge to go to the emergency room.

Ah, yes, and we can add now diarrhea to the list. How the fuck a head cold got so bad I have no idea.
