I made the decision to go to the gym three times a week. I want to take control of my body, I've had enough of not being fit ( Read more... )

Gym is supposedly for fun but i know that first times are not pleasant.
Try not to push yourself (15min) but a few min to each machine and remember to stretch yourself.
Trust me, after a week or two, you will enjoy it.

It was my mom's fault that I pushed myself, she goes like really fast and really long but she's been doing it for 6 months now. XD But I'll try not to, thanks. :)
I do believe it's something that I'm gonna get used to and like in time.
It gives me a good feeling about myself already, so that's good.

from someone who despises physical activity, let me tell you i understand what you mean :P it'll feel better if you stick to your routine though, and it WILL get easier *hugs* best of luck with everything!

I do too, but I'm totally determined live a healthier life. XD I hate sweating with all my heart, but it seems to be unavoidable.

yeah I guess that's the way to do it. I really wanted to prove what I was worth though. Not a lot it seemed. XD

I don't know. :P In my family almost all of the birthdays are in December. mine isn't ofcourse.

I know how that feels... when I started using this one machine as part of my exercise routine (I think it's like one of those "elliptical" machines), I did it for 10 minutes straight and the next day my legs were killing me. :P So then I went down to 5 minutes and gradually went up to around 7-8 minutes. That's what I've stayed at and it seems to work okay for me.

Can't wait to see what you come up with for the fanarts. :) I want to make something for Jared's birthday too.

\O/ for the gym, me too I have decided as well, I have had a membership for the gym for over 4 yrs and only used it um....dunno but I want to make use of it, think I will wait til after the summer tho, its too damn hot.
