Oh my... that's so beautiful! It's simply gorgeous. You've written them both just so perfectly here and it's sad but sweet at the same time. Well done!

Fantastic and beautiful! I love it how you took "And a Song Someone Sings" and made it into a whole other story. Beautifully-wriiten and tons of good ol' fluff. <3

Thank you so much >/////< I have always been a huge fan of the original "And a Song Someone Sings" fic, and getting the chance to look at it from Italy's POV was an insane amount of fun. I'm so pleased that people like the result of it! :)

I love this so much - I've never read Italy fic in first person before, but this narration is so perfect. There's a rhythm to it that feels just right for him, not to mention the expressions you've used and the words you've chosen. It's so heartfelt and sweet that I think my eyes were watering by the end.

...This comment has me blown away. Italy is not really so easy to write in the first person, because it feels like the way he thinks would be a bunch of rambles and tangents, and completely ungrammatical XD I tried my best to make it flow nicely, though, and I'm so glad you saw that and think I succeeded.

Thank you so much for reading and commenting, and I'm glad you enjoyed <3

You are most welcome! And I completely agree - I honestly have the same problem just writing him in the third person sometimes. Anyway, it's nice to know that my headcanon with respect to his thoughts is shared, and it was awesome to see some of the things I struggle with taken to their full potential.
