It was VERY nice to see Dean and Sam in this scene,working together,blatantly telling each other things that usually bring on angsty moments between the brothers,everything looked kind of too relaxed to be real.
BUT,Dean notices something interesting in the kitchen...

Okay,Jo is the thoughest Dean!girl on earth because,I mean...did you see that sexy devil-ish look on Dean's face!O_O

And even if Dean looks kind of uncomfortable you can see the tiny hint of a smile on his face...

And then BANG!!!Castiel ruins the party and tells them it could be their last night on earth!
Okay,he is an Angel and he doesn't understand some silly human dynamics like feeling scared or sad or happy,but he is learning and I can almost see the hint of sadness in his eyes!The awareness of the importance and meaning of what he just said.

They have different expressions,Bobby is the saddest one though!I've been staring at this photograph for a long time and I couldn't come up with an explanation for Sam and Dean's reactions!I don't know,they look so awkward,as if they are not used to this kind of situation,like taking pictures with family members or just friends.It's sad.:(

I love how Edlund's writing is always so visually interesting and powerful,in all his episodes the audience's eyes are forced to see and feel the lights and shadows (just think about On the Head of a Pin)and colours/not colours (Monster Movie) and weird-looking shooting (Ghostfacers) of the plot!

Look at this picture,the sign says "(J)esus sav....",I didn't notice this detail before!O_O

Mark Pellegrino and his Lucifer are made of PURE win,he can hide his dangerous side behind this very human expressions,his relaxed and sleepy face,he looks almost like a nice guy!But that's the plan I guess!

I loved the blackness/emptiness of Castiel eyes in this scene,and at the same time his inner turmoil behind that glint!♥

I love how Jensen played the scene where he hears the Hellhounds,he doesn't move a muscle and yet you can see the fear in that tiny flicker in his eyes.

I like that Dean moved forward instead of backing off,it's very Dean!I'm not sure why Meg wasn't that scared when he pointed the Colt to her!

I will not comment the next images,not because it's painful but because the pictures really speak for me!I will just say that Jensen,Alona,Jared and Samantha were great;when Ellen decides to stay with her daughter,Sam tries to object saying "Dean" and his brother doesn't even flinch.....because HE KNOWS...
