...I think my brain is still in shock! You've thrown me for quite a loop, and I do admit I wasn't expecting to get into a crossover when I went to read my flist today! (I haven't been reading much fanfiction at all recently.)

I love how you've captured Marco's voice. I feel like I'm reading the books again.

I can't wait to see what you do with this! I love a good crossover, especially ones that don't immediately spring to mind when people think of crossovers.

Actually, they do use it in canon--once, in book two.

Ah, I wasn't aware KA had changed it--I was going strictly by what appears in the books, not what the author said later.... Especially considering I have never been the sort of fan to pay attention to the author (bad of me, I know, esp. considering I'm an author, myself), so I'm not aware of anything KAA has ever said in interviews re the canon.
