Ehm... I just listened to Ooki Risa's Haruka-song "Initial U" from the Stars season. Ogata Megumi didn't sing Haruka's theme-song from the series itself, because she was busy with Neon Genesis Evangelion (but later she did a cover of the song, Kaze ni Naru, which is gorgeous). However, I like Risa's voice a lot. It reminds me of a nice mix of Nao's
