XD oh Shen, I used to think the same thing about Prince of Tennis! I actually love tennis now because of that show, and I've started playing it, but aside from that...IT'S ABOUT THE CHARACTERS! There are nearly 100 bishounen in that show, each with incredibly diverse and awesome personalities. There is a type for EVERYONE. What's not to like? XDDD the characters are insanely awesome and there's almost never a dull moment. I didn't think I would be as into it as I am now but HEY stranger things have happened!!!

I agree with whover posted before me- it's about the characters. I've read and watched a bit of it myself 'cause I was wondering the same thing, so I know what the appeal is now- it's got a lot of really fun characters. Even with the grand total of about three females.
