My little monkey is starting to teethe. No teeth sprouting yet, but there is drool EVERYWHERE, and if she can manage to get something in her mouth she will bite down. (Not very fun for me as a breastfeeding mom ( Read more... )

Someone's starting to talk. I don't have a clue as to what she's saying, but she is at least attempting verbal communication.

Baby has figured out how to roll over. She has not however totally mastered the art of rolling back. This causes her much frustration. Hopefully she'll figure it out ( Read more... )

She's starting to get down a routine, and sleeping through the night if we get her to sleep. That's a big if there. However IF we get her to sleep, she will sleep through the night.

Been a little longer for a picture update.
The big new recently is my baby girl learned how to social smile.

I kinda cried the first time she did it for me...and then I took pictures. I'm such a sentimentalist.

Rosemary is up to 9lb 7oz as of her one month well visit. That's over 2lb of growth in a month. CRAZINESS!

Her umbilical cord is all healed up so that means graduation to tub baths rather than sponge baths. That also means the start of embarrassing pictures I can pull out for her dates when she's a teenager. Oh ho ho ho.

It is crazy to me that I get to celebrate Mother's Day as a mom. Though I had a fantastic Mother's Day. Dan took care of her long enough for me to get 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep. Best gift ever!
