This week I'm only eating fruits, vegetables, and legumes, and so far it's going well for the most part. I'd gotten into the habit of eating a lot of shitty food and getting pretty much no vegetables or anything good for me into my diet so I thought I ought to just detox a bit and then start being healthier in general
