broken randomizer decks

Hey guys! For tsunderes, we're going to try and compile a list of decks that are broken/missing in the randomizer. I have a good idea of most of them, but I'm not sure if they're right SO... please help. :D

We need to get this done asap so she can get them fixed since um, the error report won't be touched for a while. 8DD

JUST BECAUSE YOU DON'T GET THEM DOESN'T MEAN IT'S BROKEN. The randomizer is tempermental okay? But that still doesn't make it a broken deck.
