Uhhh, how are BOOTLEGS rare, hun? XD If you're selling bootlegs, you'd better make sure they are labeled BOOTLEG in the title. Most people do not want to buy bootlegs when they think they are buying NOT bootlegs. =D

Oh, did I forget to label them as bootlegs? *has drafted a sale post WAY too many times* x'D

...And they are rare. This show came out in Japan in the 90s-- bootlegs that are ten or more years old are not easy to find. u_u ...Or at least these ones aren't.

BitTorrent + DVDs = Bootlegs! XD ...Eh, I guess it's just a matter of preference. I dun like paying for other peoples' pirated stuff when I could pirate it MYSELF for free. 8D But rare bootlegs count as rare, I s'pose. :3 *pets them* Wonder if I could sell my MSG bootlegs...

*pets* Good luck with sales. :3 I'm selling some of my FMA soon, actually. >D;

Eh, I guess so. The entire show, however-- and GOOD, TV QUALITY at that-- would be extremely hard to find on BitTorrent. ...I checked. ...When the show was still popular. :'D

...WHICH FMA STUFF ARE YOU SELLING?!

(Also, what's MSG? x'D)

I have some Japanese FMA large anime series trading cards I could trade you for a boxset of ygo episodes. :) think I know what engrish subs you're taking about. When I watched it subbed, the subbers actually typed the dubbed names instead of their jap ones. Is that the same with yours?

If you want pics of the cards, let me know. ^_^

No, these subs are a bit different-- they were translated first from Japanese to Chinese (I don't know whether these people could actually speak Japanese), then from Chinese to English (they DEFINITELY couldn't speak English xD). They often screw up the names-- for a while, Kisara is called "Gisella."

And I don't think I'd be interested in trading cards, sorry. :< Not enough real-life FMA-loving friends to play with. ^^;

Oh, they're not playing trading cards. They're large cards that show scenes from the anime with facts on the back. They're really beautiful. :)

Hmm... I can't remember what Kisara was subbed as in the dvds I rented. It was so long ago, but I miss it so much. ;_;

Would you be interested in these two FMA books?

The Artbook is in Chinese; it is not a bootleg product though.
The other book is in Japanese.

I already have the Japanese one-- what's the Chinese one like?

fujiappletan August 24 2009, 01:04:49 UTC
It is just the first artbook translated...? So if you have the Japanese/English version of it already it is the same only in Chinese.

Hmm... oh, wait, no. That's the one I have. The Japanese fanbook is the one I don't have. x'DDD

What were you thinking of trading for that?

I have Vol 1 - 4 of the FMA manga in english. Are these something you need?

anime_possessed August 24 2009, 01:29:04 UTC
Yes. *_* Do you see anything you like here?

lunareuphoria August 24 2009, 01:33:26 UTC
Hmmm...either Alice 19th or Imadoki, but I'm leaning more towards Alice 19th (though asking 7 volumes for 4 is unfair, so whichever you like! :D). ♥ Whichever you see fit works for me. A friend gave me the FMA as a gift cause she no longer liked it and I'm not that much into the series to continue it, ya know? :3 and the yaoi wristband sounds cool. XD

anime_possessed August 24 2009, 01:50:31 UTC
Well, I could trade you the first four volumes, then give you a discount on the remaining three (or one if you decide to get Imadoki instead). :3

The yaoi wristband is yours if you want it. I got it for free when I bought a wallscroll at my first big con, but I never wear it, so as long as it goes to a good home, I'm happy. ^^ It's pink with white writing.

Replying in your LJ because you have your journal set not to receive PMs.

Hello,

Sorry, but if the sale post is not FMA related, then it is not on topic for the comm. Thanks for checking in about it.
