Tomoyo Daidouji from Card Captor Sakura drawing at the museum! She has really dark blue her I think..
Her hair looks blue here! and in the manga is a lot bluer!

I always thought it was more purple but can't deny it looks blue in the pics you gave me. xD;; So uh, okay.
