I was debating between a lot of different characters for you, but I think Maria (MAL, X, Y) from Arakawa Under the Bridge would be a good option for you. Her facial structure and features in particular remind me a lot of yours...and I can see her alot in your expressions too. :)

I can see the vote for Maria. I almost went with Altena from Noir, but her face is much more angular and longer than yours (personally, I like yours much better than hers), but I think overall I'm going to have to go with Teresa Beria from Seikon no Qwaser. Her face shape is much more similar to yours while she still has the sort of ethereal look to her. Her eyes are large despite that (it's a good thing, it gives a sort of cute feel) and she keeps them half-lidded a lot of the time. She can look determined and, at times, playful as well. Overall I think she's a very good fit for you.

Hello Megan. Long time no talk. :P

I actually really like the Teresa vote for you, but I must also throw in a vote for Midori Sugiura (MAL) from Mai-HiME. You've both got those sharp, gorgeous green eyes, and it's the first thing I notice when I look at the both of you. You both also seem to share the same broad and diverse expressions - anything from happy, to dreamy, to goofy, etc.
